About Teri

I am Teri Graf, Broker and Owner of Teri Graf Real Estate Team.  I grew up on a farm about 45 minutes North of Cedar Rapids, coming to Cedar Rapids to attend Mt. Beyond that, I started my career in 1999 and was Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker Hedges.  In 2012, my then husband and I formed Graf Home Selling Team & Associates.  I took pride in taking some "ordinary people" and helping them become some of the best Realtors in Linn County.  But, all things come to and end, don't they.... 

In 2024, I started my own company Teri Graf Real Estate Team where I find myself in a different type of leadership and one that I love, RELATIONSHIPS.  I pride myself on having a great culture for my Agents, as well as bringing back relationships to Real Estate.  Sometimes, it feels like the power of the pen has been lost to electronic signature.  Our office has a boutique focus, hot pink, black and simple, yet fun!   Stop by!   We pride ourselves in being available for you, while providing a work-life balance for ourselves.
